Old article, but some helpful tips on increasing your water intake. My current method is time-oriented -- I try to have 32 oz before lunch, 32 oz after.
I don't know about drinking a glass of water before I go to bed, though. Seems like it would just make me need to get up in the middle of the night. ;)
